Description
We are looking for someone to join our Client Service team to provide an efficient, responsive and professional support to our clients.
As the Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Support request monitoring
- 1st line support for all queries and incidents raised
- Monitoring incidents raised, determining the severity and quality checking before tagging and assigning to the development/operations team
- Providing appropriate updates to our clients
- Ensuring all service level agreements are met from initial response through to resolution
Client Service monitoring
- Identifying functional owners for issue resolution, progress tracking, identifying themes and recommending areas for changes to prevent recurrence
- Actively cultivate and maintain positive relationships with all clients
- Keeping clients informed of progress being made and ensuring all support documentation is accurate and up to date
Support Service monitoring
- Compilation and distribution of weekly/monthly internal reports
- Conducting training for new starters on internal systems used for client support
- Compilation and maintenance of internal support procedures
Enhancements
- Distribution of approved documentation to clients regarding all enhancements
Requirements:
- Experience in providing support for business applications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of support desk working and client service environments
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organised
Desirable:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Basic knowledge of http
- Basic experience in SQL
