Asura welcomes Head of People and Culture
Asura expands its management team with the appointment of Christine Poynton to lead its People and Culture agenda.
In her role Chris will be responsible for attracting new talent to Asura, enabling the business to grow in the right way, in line with its ambitious growth plans and culture. With a strong focus on development and performance she will also lead on the engagement and wellbeing of the Asura team.
Having worked within financial services and fintech organisations for the last 20 years, Chris has extensive experience designing, developing and implementing strategies for the entire people lifecycle. Chris joins Asura from GBST where she was responsible for executing people strategies and practices that supported the organizational values, objectives and development of all team members across the EMEA business. Prior to GBST she spent 15 years at ACI Worldwide leading HR and recruitment for their technical business, delivery and professional services business.
Chris loves rugby and is a keen supporter of Harlequins.
